Terms of use
Last updated 24 October 2026 · Privacy policy
In short
- bang! is software. Your wallet signs, Solana executes, and we never hold your funds.
- Every trade on the curve needs a quick human check, and we can refuse ones that look like bots.
- Launch only what you have the rights to. No scams, impersonation or manipulation.
- 18+ only, and not from restricted places such as the UK or sanctioned countries.
Risk warning
Meme tokens are extremely risky. Their price can drop to zero in minutes and most never recover. Transactions on Solana are final. Nothing on bang! is advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.
1.These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the people who run bang! (“bang!”, “we”, “us”). They cover the bang! website, its API, the signing service behind it and anything else we offer under the bang! name (together, “bang!”). By connecting a wallet, signing in or sending a transaction through bang!, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use bang!.
The privacy policy, the fees and limits shown in the app, and the brand guidelines are part of these terms. If they conflict, these terms win.
2.Who can use bang!
You may use bang! only if:
- you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and can enter into a binding contract;
- if you act for a company, you are authorised to bind it to these terms;
- you are not on a sanctions list kept by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom, and are not owned or controlled by anyone who is;
- you are not located in, resident in or a citizen of a restricted place, and are not using bang! for anyone who is;
- using bang! is legal for you where you are.
Restricted places: the United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine, and any other country or region under comprehensive sanctions. You must not use a VPN, proxy or anything else to hide where you are. We may block access from restricted places and refuse approvals to wallets connected with them.
3.What bang! is, and isn’t
bang! is software for creating tokens on the Solana blockchain and trading them on a bonding curve. The curve, the fees and the limits are enforced by a program on Solana. The website builds transactions for that program; your wallet signs them and the Solana network executes them.
- Non-custodial. We never hold your funds or your keys and can’t move tokens or SOL from your wallet. Funds sit in your wallet or in accounts controlled by the program.
- No advice, no duties. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, adviser or custodian, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. Nothing on bang!, including prices, market caps, holder counts, rankings and labels like “About to graduate”, is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
- Tokens are made by users. Anyone can create a token on bang!. We don’t review, audit or endorse tokens or their creators, and listing a token is not a statement about its value or legitimacy. Do your own research on every token and every creator.
While bang! runs on Solana devnet, tokens and SOL there are for testing and have no value.
4.Your wallet and your transactions
You use your own Solana wallet, made by someone else under their own terms. You alone control its keys and are responsible for keeping them safe. We can’t recover a lost wallet, reverse a transaction or act on your behalf.
Check every transaction before you sign it. A confirmed transaction is final and can’t be undone. You pay the network fees and any account rent it needs, even when it fails. If a transaction fails or lands at a worse price than you expected, within the slippage you set, that is not our responsibility.
5.The human check, approvals and limits
Until a token graduates, every buy, sell and launch needs a short-lived approval from our signing service (the “cosigner”) before the program accepts it. To get one you pass a human check run by Cloudflare Turnstile, and your request is checked against rate limits and signs of automation.
- An approval covers one action with the amount, token and wallet in it. It expires after about a minute and can’t be reused.
- We may refuse, delay or limit approvals, for example when a request fails the check, goes over a limit, looks automated, comes from a restricted place or breaks these terms. We don’t have to tell you why.
- Each launch has limits fixed by the program: a delay before trading opens, caps per trade and per wallet until graduation, smaller caps in the first minutes and a minimum gap between trades. The token page shows them.
- We don’t promise that any trade will be approved, sent, included in a block or executed at a particular price.
After a token graduates, it trades in a public pool that doesn’t need our approval.
6.Launching a token
When you create a token you are its creator and are responsible for it and for what you say about it. You promise that:
- you own or have permission to use the name, ticker, image, description and links, and they don’t infringe anyone’s trademark, copyright, likeness or other rights;
- the token doesn’t pretend to be issued by, endorsed by or connected to a person, company, project or other token it isn’t;
- you won’t present it as a share, a promise of profit or returns, a loan, a claim on you or any other financial product, and won’t use it to raise money in a way that needs a licence, registration or prospectus;
- its content isn’t illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, violent extremist, misleading synthetic media of a real person, or someone else’s private information;
- you won’t plan to mislead buyers, for example by promising things you won’t do or hiding that you control many wallets.
The settings you choose at launch, such as the creator fee, where it goes and the anti-bot limits, are fixed by the program and can’t be changed afterwards. The token’s name, ticker and metadata link are written on-chain; its image and metadata are stored on our servers and may be stored on permanent storage networks. We can’t change or delete what is on-chain or on permanent storage.
We may hide a token, its image, its description or its links from bang! and our API at any time and without notice, for example when it breaks these terms or the law, or after a valid complaint. That doesn’t affect the token on-chain.
7.Fees
- Platform fee. Each trade on the bonding curve pays a platform fee to bang!, taken inside the transaction. The trade panel shows it before you confirm.
- Creator fee. A token can charge a transfer fee chosen by its creator at launch, up to the maximum shown in the app. Depending on the creator’s choice it goes to the creator, is locked and released over time, or is paid to holders. Creator fees depend on trading and collection and are not guaranteed.
- Pool fees. After graduation, the pool charges trading fees. Part of them can go to the creator and part to bang!.
- Network costs. Solana network fees and account rent go to the network, not to us.
Fees are calculated and taken by the program, and the program’s calculation is final unless it is plainly wrong. Fees are not refundable. We may change the platform fee for future trades at any time; the fee shown before you confirm is the one that applies. You are responsible for any taxes on your activity.
8.Graduation and other services
When a token’s bonding curve sells out, the program moves its liquidity to a Meteora pool and locks it permanently. From then on the token trades in that pool and through aggregators such as Jupiter, run by others under their own terms.
bang! also relies on the Solana network, RPC providers, wallets, Cloudflare, price sources and hosting providers. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their failures, delays, errors or changes, or for websites we link to.
9.Changes to the program and to bang!
The program can be upgraded, and its administrator can pause trading on the bonding curve or change settings for future launches, such as fees and default limits. We use these powers to fix problems, respond to attacks, follow the law and improve bang!. A pause or upgrade can stop you from trading for a time.
We may also change, suspend or stop any part of the website, the API or the cosigner at any time, for everyone or for some users.
10.Risks you accept
By using bang! you accept, among others, these risks:
- Losing everything. Meme tokens usually have no use or backing beyond what people will pay. Their price can fall to zero quickly, and a token may never graduate or may collapse after it does.
- Other people. Creators and holders can sell at any time within the program’s limits, coordinate, or mislead you.
- Technology. The program, the cosigner and the website can have bugs or be attacked. Bots can still get through. Solana can be congested, fork or stop.
- Information. Data shown on bang! comes from the blockchain and other sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong.
- Law. Rules about tokens are changing and may restrict what you can do with them, or make bang! unavailable where you are.
Only use money you can afford to lose.
11.What you must not do
- Get around the human check, the limits or the cosigner: bots, scripts or services that solve or skip the check, or many wallets used as one to buy past a cap or farm rewards.
- Manipulate markets: wash trading, coordinated pump-and-dumps, spoofing, or spreading false or misleading information about a token, a creator or bang!.
- Defraud people: fake airdrops, impersonation, phishing links in token metadata, or launches designed to take buyers’ money.
- Attack bang!: probe for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure, overload our services, reverse engineer the website or cosigner, scrape in a way that harms them, or upload malware.
- Use bang! to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or commit any other crime, or for anyone who may not use it.
If you break these rules we may, without notice, refuse approvals to your wallets, devices and networks, hide your tokens and stop providing bang! to you, and we may report you to the authorities.
12.Our own activity
People who work on bang! may hold or trade tokens launched on it. They use the same program, under the same limits, as everyone else, and get no earlier access or extra approvals. We don’t have to tell you when they trade.
13.Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, copy, display, adapt for display and distribute it as part of bang! and in promoting bang!. Because the content is on public and permanent systems, this licence can’t be withdrawn.
The website, its code and design, and the bang! name and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use bang! for its intended purpose, and the logos and stickers on the brand page to show that a token launched on bang!, as long as you don’t suggest that we endorse it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
If you think content on bang! infringes your rights, tell us (see Contact) with the token address, what you own and why it infringes. We may hide the content and may share your notice with the creator.
14.No warranties
bang! is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that bang! will be available, secure, error-free or accurate.
15.Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, tokens, funds, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or related to bang!, tokens launched on it, other users, or services bang! relies on, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Our total liability for all claims related to bang! is limited to the greater of the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud.
16.Your responsibility to us
You will defend and compensate us and our team for any claim, loss, liability and reasonable cost, including legal fees, that comes from your use of bang!, tokens you launched, content you uploaded, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law or anyone’s rights.
17.Suspension and ending
You can stop using bang! at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time if we reasonably believe you broke these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect bang! or its users. Tokens and SOL in your wallet stay yours. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on launching, fees, risks, content, warranties, liability, indemnity and disputes, keep applying.
18.Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact us first. We both agree to try for 60 days to resolve it informally before starting any formal proceeding; the 60 days start when one side sends the other a written notice describing the dispute and, for you, your wallet address.
If it isn’t resolved, it will be decided by the courts named under Governing law. To the extent the law allows, claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or member in a class or representative action. If the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived, such as bringing a consumer claim in your local courts, those rights still apply.
19.Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or bang!, are governed by the law of the place where bang! is operated.
20.Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We update the date at the top when we do, and for changes that materially reduce your rights we give at least 14 days’ notice on the site before they apply, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. Fee changes apply as described under Fees. Using bang! after a change takes effect means you accept it.
21.General
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about bang!, and replace earlier ones.
- If a court finds part of them unenforceable, that part is limited as little as needed and the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a right, we haven’t given it up.
- You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them, for example in a sale or reorganisation.
- We aren’t responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as network outages, attacks, or changes in law.
- Nobody else has rights under these terms. Nothing in them makes us your agent, partner or employer.
- We may give you notices on the site. If these terms are translated, the English version wins.
22.Contact
Questions, legal notices, infringement reports and security reports go to the bang! team through the contact details we publish on this site.
